QQQ - negative gamma land
Dealers having to sell more deltas the lower it goes, only to buy it back in panic when things rebound, and then again needing to sell lower in order to hedge the delta.
We are still not at max short gamma levels, but this is surely frustrating a lot of dealers currently.
With px action in yields things will not settle down easily...
